how we work
Maternity sessions are the perfect opportunity to capture your beautiful baby bump before your newborn finally arrives!
Maternity portraits are usually best done between the 25th and 35th week of pregnancy. This is when your beautiful baby bump is perfectly defined and you have that wonderful pregnancy glow!
We recommend that you book your session around your 12 week scan to avoid any disappointment.

Your maternity session will take place in our little home studio that is warm and welcoming or at an outdoor location of your choice if you would prefer.
You will have full use of our beautiful maternity dresses, headbands and props. However, you are more than welcome to wear your own clothes if preferred. We recommend bringing plain coloured tops and bottoms that you feel comfortable in!
All sessions include use of all props, backdrops, studio equipment and dresses.

During these sessions, we welcome fathers and siblings to join in. We also encourage you to bring along scan photos and baby shoes etc to personalise your photos.

announcement maternity mini
Our maternity mini sessions are the prefect little package for those mummies-to-be who want a small collection of beautiful, mixed images to announce their pregnancy.

We focus on creating a professional pregnancy announcement, allowing you to personalise your photos with baby grows, booties, teddies, scan photos etc, and personalising our props with a message and/or due date.
These sessions are designed to suit expectant mums who would prefer a more simplistic session with less focus on themselves, great for those who feel a little camera shy!

We welcome both parents and siblings to join in during the session to capture bump close ups and a family photo if you wish.
With freedom to wear what you feel most comfortable in, whether that be bump fully covered, partially or completely on show.

All sessions require a £80.00 non refundable booking fee to secure your session which will be deducted from the price. The remaining amount owed is due the day before your session.
Once your session has ended, your images will go through our selection process and we will then being your editing your gallery.
You will then receive a password protected online gallery for you to view, favourite and select your images. All images will be digitally enhanced, retouched and high resolution perfect for printing.
You are more than welcome to choose more images than what your package includes. Additional images will be charged at £20.00 per digital file.
