Our pop-up photo booth is a portable photography set up that can be easily transported and assembled.
Equipped with a camera, lighting and backdrop, that can be customised to fit any event theme - it creates an engaging experience for your guests and will blend nicely into the venues surroundings.

For personalisation, we allow you to attach your own coloured backdrops, fabrics/curtains, including any balloons or signs, ensuring that your photo booth is tailored to your event's colour scheme or theme, better yet that it is completely unique to you!

We provide props such as hats, glasses, wigs, signs, inflatables and even fancy dress costumes to enhance the fun and creativity, so let your hair down, grab your favourite prop and pull some crazy poses and silly faces.

Our booth is operated by an attendant at all times, who will assist guests in grabbing themselves a prop or costume, ensuring everyone gets their photo taken and that everything runs smoothly but most importantly that all your guests have an enjoyable experience with lots of laughs and smiles!
Images will be captured on one of our professional cameras that will remain on a tripod stand next to our lighting in the centre of the backdrop. We do not supply instant printed images via polaroid cameras, however, should you wish to supply any instant cameras yourself, the photographer attending your booth would incorporate the use of your instant camera within our digital images being taken at the same time. This is a great idea for your guests to take their polaroid print home with them or even attach them into your guest book.

Space is required to hire our photo booth for your event and must be indoors or under cover with access to a power supply. The backdrop will require a minimum of 4m x 3m and the table of props will require a minimum of 2m x 2m. Available space around the perimeters of these measurements would be most ideal to allow guests to manoeuvre around and pass by our set up safely.

The most preferred way in which our Photo Booth is set up, is to have our backdrop stand against a wall with any backdrop roll or material clipped on using spring clamps. Should a backdrop roll be required to extend across the floor, this will be taped down with hazard warning tape.
Our professional lighting equipment and large diffuser umbrella is usually placed next to the camera tripod stand, which is central to the backdrop - estimated to be around a minimum of 2 meter distance away from the backdrop. The camera itself will be in the centre of the backdrop on a tripod stand, also at a minimum of 2 meter distance away.
Our table is usually placed either to the left or right of the backdrop stand up against the wall, however, it can be placed close by either parallel or adjacent depending on the venue/ room size.

Safety is very important to us during any event where our equipment is hired out. To ensure that you, your guests and our equipment are safe at all times, we use 5kg weighted bags on each backdrop, lighting and camera tripod stand. We also use yellow and black hazard warning tape on the legs of our tripod stands and on any backdrop that may need attaching to the floor. We use safety floor mats to cover, hide and protect any cables and all of our electrical equipment is PAT Tested yearly.

After your event has taken place, digital copies of each photo taken on the day will be professionally edited and included in your online gallery and available to download copyright free straight from your device and able to share with everyone involved to relive the craziest time - whether that be printed to keep as souvenirs or simply sharing those embarrassing photos you forgot you took to your socials!
